HB 2567 -- Intoxication-Related Traffic Offenses

This bill specifies that a plea of guilty or a finding of guilty
followed by a fine, incarceration, a suspended imposition of
sentence, suspended execution of sentence, probation or parole,
or any combination thereof in any intoxication-related traffic
offense in a state, county, or municipal court, or any
combination thereof, must be treated as a prior plea of guilty or
finding of guilty when determining if a person is a prior,
persistent, aggravated, or chronic offender.
The bill contains an emergency clause.
