HB 2568 -- Personal Care Services for Disabled Adults

This bill requires the Division of Senior and Disability Services
within the Department of Health and Senior Services to establish,
subject to appropriations, a pilot project to allow certain
relative caregivers to provide personal care services for
disabled adults who cannot self-direct their care.  The relative
caregiver will receive state assistance for personal care
services in the same manner as a caregiver providing
consumer-directed personal care services for disabled adults.
