HB 2572 -- Sales Tax for Bicycle and Pedestrian Programs

This bill authorizes the counties of Clay, Jackson, and Platte to
impose, upon voter approval, a sales tax of up to 0.25% for the
purpose of funding bicycle and pedestrian plans and programs
developed and implemented by any regional investment district of
which those counties are members.
