HB 2576 -- Property Reports to School Districts

This bill requires railroad, bridge, and public utility companies
to provide school districts with a written report identifying all
real and tangible personal property owned, used, leased, or
controlled by the company and located within the boundaries of
the school district.  The report must be submitted within 30 days
of receipt of a written request from the school district.
