HB 2577 -- Registration Fees for Vacant Residential Structures

Currently, municipalities and St. Louis County are authorized to
impose a semi-annual registration fee of up to $200 on owners of
residential and commercial property with a vacant residential
structure and multiple housing code violations.  This bill
authorizes the City of St. Louis to impose this semi-annual fee
in an amount of up to $2,000.
