HJR 47 -- Personal Property Tax of Manufacturers

Upon voter approval, beginning in 2009, this proposed
constitutional amendment requires any replacement tax levy for
loss in revenue from the exemption of certain personal property
of manufacturers to be adjusted according to the Missouri
Constitution and any supporting statutes.
