HJR 54 -- General Assembly Term Limits

Sponsor:  Kingery

Upon voter approval, this proposed constitutional amendment
limits total service in the General Assembly to 16 years.  The
service may be split between the House of Representatives and
Senate in any proportion as long as the individual serves no more
than 16 total years in the General Assembly.
