HJR 65 -- Property Tax Limit

Upon voter approval, this proposed constitutional amendment
limits, beginning January 1, 2009, the increase in an
individual's real property taxes paid, excluding the value of new
construction and improvements, to the percentage of increase in
the federal Consumer Price Index, unless the property is
transferred.
