HJR 72 -- School Bond Issues

Currently, the majority required to pass a bond issue varies with
a four-sevenths majority required on primary and general
elections and on general municipal election days and two-thirds
at all other elections.  Upon voter approval, this proposed
constitutional amendment specifies that bond elections for school
districts will require a simple majority at the general municipal
election day or general elections.
