HJR 75 -- Bingo Games

Upon voter approval, this proposed constitutional amendment
specifies that a bona fide member of a licensed organization who
volunteers his or her time and service must be a member for two
years to manage or conduct a bingo game and for at least one year
to participate in the operation of a bingo game.
