HCS HB 1813 -- TAXES ON BINGO AND PULL TAB CARDS (Dougherty)

COMMITTEE OF ORIGIN:  Special Committee on Veterans

This substitute repeals the 2% gross receipts sales tax on pull
tab cards and the two-tenths of one cent tax on each bingo card
sold by charitable organizations in this state.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on General Revenue Fund in FY 2009,
FY 2010, and FY 2011.  Estimated Cost on Other State Funds of
$1,917,000 in FY 2009, $2,300,000 in FY 2010, and $2,300,000 in
FY 2011.
