HB 1864 -- BANK DEPOSITS FOR EXCURSION GAMBLING BOATS (Parson)

COMMITTEE OF ORIGIN:  Special Committee on Financial Institutions

This bill allows operators of excursion gambling boats to deposit
checks on the next business day of the financial institution
instead of within 24 hours.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds in FY 2009, FY 2010, and
FY 2011.
