HCS HB 1929 -- EXCURSION GAMBLING BOAT LICENSEES (Cooper, 120)

COMMITTEE OF ORIGIN:  Special Committee on General Laws

This substitute allows the Executive Director of the Missouri
Gaming Commission to levy an appropriate administrative penalty
against a holder of any gaming license who violates the
provisions of Chapter 313, RSMo, including, but not limited to, a
monetary penalty and suspension or revocation of a license.  The
executive director must report any administrative penalties to
the commission on a regular basis.

The issuance of any new excursion gambling boat license prior to
January 1, 2010, is prohibited.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on General Revenue Fund in FY 2009,
FY 2010, and FY 2011.  Estimated Cost on Other State Funds of
Unknown in FY 2009, Unknown in FY 2010, and $0 in FY 2011.
