HB 2202 -- CORRECTIONS PERSONNEL PAY PARAMETERS (Deeken)

COMMITTEE OF ORIGIN:  Committee on Corrections and Public
Institutions

This bill authorizes the Personnel Advisory Board within the
Office of Administration to establish specific pay parameters for
certain personnel within the Department of Corrections in order
to maintain a stable work force.  These pay parameters are to be
based on work hazards, years of service, and staffing
requirements.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds in FY 2009, FY 2010, and
FY 2011.
