SCS HB 2065 -- PSYCHOLOGISTS

This bill repeals the current reciprocity provision which allows
a licensed or certified psychologist in another state with
similar qualifications to receive a Missouri license without
meeting the required criteria and allows for the destruction of
the records of meritless claims against psychologists by sexual
predators under certain circumstances.
