AN ACT

To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to a memorial highway designation.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 227.393, to read as follows: 

            227.393. The portion of Highway 87 in Moniteau County from the intersection of Highway AA south four miles shall be designated the "Lance Corporal Leon B. Deraps Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid for by private donations.
