AN ACT

To amend chapter 407, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to displaying of financial information.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 407, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 407.1357, to read as follows:

            407.1357. A person or entity shall not display or post any financial information, including, but not limited to, bank account numbers and check routing numbers on the Internet unless the individual or entity whose financial information is being displayed or posted consents.
