AN ACT

To amend chapter 407, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the connecting of utilities in one's own name.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 407, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 407.1375, to read as follows:

            407.1375. No person in this state shall be allowed to have utilities connected in any person's name but his or her own name. Persons applying to have such utilities connected shall provide photo identification.
