AN ACT

To amend chapter 1, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the official dating standard.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 1, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 1.032, to read as follows:

            1.032. The official dating standard used by the state of Missouri shall be A.D., or Anno Domini, and B.C., or Before Christ. Neither the state nor any subdivision of the state, or official or employee of the state, or subdivision of the state, acting in his or her official capacity, shall use any other designation.
