AN ACT

To repeal section 475.230, RSMo, and to enact in lieu thereof one new section relating to the sale of real estate of protectees.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Section 475.230, RSMo, is repealed and one new section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 475.230, to read as follows:

            475.230. Sales of real estate of protectees shall be conducted in the same manner and the same proceedings shall be had with reference thereto as in cases of sale of real estate of decedents for payment of claims, except that notice shall be given to parents, siblings, and children of the protectee but there shall be no notice to other parties in interest before the making of the order.
