AN ACT

To amend chapter 168, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to professional association dues of school administrators.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 168, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 168.760, to read as follows:

            168.760. Notwithstanding any other law, school district funds shall not be used to pay the voluntary professional association membership dues of any central office administrator, building principal, or school district superintendent; such personnel shall pay membership dues out of their personal funds.
