AN ACT
To amend chapter 252, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the fencing of conservation lands.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 252, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 252.048, to read as follows:
252.048. The department of conservation shall enclose any of its lands which are in excess of six hundred forty acres with fencing that is sufficient in design and materials to prevent, to the reasonable and feasible extent possible, the ingress and egress of deer in the enclosed lands through or over such fencing.
