AN ACT
To repeal section 304.110, RSMo, and to enact in lieu thereof one new section relating to guide dogs, with a penalty provision.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Section 304.110, RSMo, is repealed and one new section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 304.110, to read as follows:
304.110. Any person who violates any provision of sections 304.080 to 304.110, [shall be] is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof be fined not exceeding [twenty-five] five hundred dollars and costs of prosecution, and in default of payment thereof, shall undergo imprisonment not exceeding ten days.
