AN ACT

To amend chapter 407, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to disposable cell phone purchases.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 407, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 407.1800, to read as follows:

            407.1800. Any individual or business who purchases six or more disposable cellular phones at one time shall provide photo identification to the retailer on a form developed by the department of public safety. Such information shall be sent to the Missouri highway patrol who shall keep a database of such purchases.
