AN ACT

To repeal section 9.020, RSMo, and to enact in lieu thereof one new section relating to holidays.




Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:


            Section A. Section 9.020, RSMo, is repealed and one new section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 9.020, to read as follows:

            9.020. In each year the third Monday of January is known as "Martin Luther King Day" and the twelfth day of February is known as "Lincoln Day" and the thirteenth day of April is known as "Jefferson Day" and the second Monday in October is known as "Columbus Day" and the twenty-fifth day of December is known as "Christmas".
