AN ACT

To amend chapter 21, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to contracts between legislators.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 21, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 21.033, to read as follows:

            21.033. Any individual currently holding office as a state representative or state senator shall not contract with or solicit any other current senator or representative for the purposes of securing services for political fund raising, campaigning, or consulting that in any way relates to the election of any state or federal office.
