AN ACT

To amend chapter 163, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the use of school funds.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 163, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 163.400, to read as follows:

            163.400. No school funds received by any public school district shall be used by school administrators, teachers, or any other personnel to purchase alcohol.
