AN ACT
To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the designation of a memorial highway.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 227.403, to read as follows:
227.403. The portion of Highway 63 from the Iowa state line in Schuyler County to the intersection of the Callaway County and Boone County line shall be designated the "Pearl Harbor Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the cost to be paid for by private donations.
