AN ACT

To repeal section 227.303, RSMo, and to enact in lieu thereof one new section relating to the designation of a memorial highway.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Section 227.303, RSMo, is repealed and one new section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 227.303, to read as follows:

            227.303. The portion of interstate highway 70 within a city not within a county to the border with the state of Illinois shall be designated the "[Mark McGwire Highway] Jack Buck Memorial Highway".
