AN ACT

To amend chapter 217, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to pay increases for corrections employees.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 217, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 217.102, to read as follows:

            217.102. Subject to appropriations there shall be:

            (1) A two percent pay increase for all employees of the department of corrections except employees who hold the position of CO I, CO II, CO III, Sup. I, and Sup. II beginning July 1, 2010;

            (2) A two percent pay increase for all employees of the department of corrections except employees who hold the position of CO I, CO II, CO III, Sup. I, and Sup. II beginning July 1, 2011; and

            (3) A two percent pay increase for all employees of the department of corrections except employees who hold the position of CO I, CO II, CO III, Sup. I, and Sup. II beginning July 1, 2012.
