AN ACT

To amend chapter 376, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to health insurance coverage for cancer.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 376, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 376.1248, to read as follows:

            376.1248. Any health benefit plan or health insurance policy that currently provides coverage for intravenously administered or injected cancer medications as a covered medical benefit and provides coverage for orally administered anticancer medications as a pharmaceutical benefit shall provide such coverage on equal terms.
