AN ACT

To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the designation of a memorial highway.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 227.409, to read as follows:

            227.409. The portion of interstate highway 64 and 40 within a city not within a county to the border with the state of Illinois shall be designated the "Jack Buck Memorial Highway".
