            Be it further resolved by the Missouri House of Representatives, Ninety-fifth General Assembly, First Regular Session, that Rule 95 be amended to read as follows:

Rule 95. No food, newspapers, or other items or activities distractive to House deliberations shall be permitted on the floor of the House while the House is in session. Smoking is prohibited in the Hall of the House, upper and lower galleries[, except that members may smoke] and in the East Gallery.

            Be it further resolved that the Chief Clerk of the Missouri House of Representatives be instructed to prepare a properly inscribed copy of this resolution.
