HB 2068 -- Ordinances for Fourth Class Cities

Sponsor:  Graham (106)

In fourth class cities, this bill allows the submission of
proposed ordinances to the board of aldermen by petition signed
by a number of voters equal to at least 10% of the votes cast
for all candidates for mayor at the last election.  The
ordinance must either be adopted by the board or put before the
voters for approval.
