HB 1354 -- Professional Counselors

Co-Sponsors:  Smith, Ostmann

This bill exempts from the professional counselor licensing
requirement the following:  professionals employed by
postsecondary educational institutions as counselor educators,
certified substance abuse counselors; and state employees,
consultants, and related workers who engage in the selection of
individuals for employment, as long as they are practicing
within the scope of their employment.
