HB 883 -- Deer

Sponsor:  Whiteside

This bill permits landowners and persons related to landowners
within the third degree to hunt deer on the landowner's property
during the 7 days preceding the regular firearm deer season.
The bill also requires the Missouri Department of Conservation
to pay the first $250 in repairs to motor vehicles that collide
with deer.
