Rep. Jason Klumb, a Democrat, represents Bates County and parts of Cass and Vernon counties (District 125) in the Missouri House of Representatives.
Elected to his second consecutive two-year term in 1994, Rep. Klumb is chairman of the Administrative Rules Committee. He is also a member of the following House committees: Agri-business; Commerce; and Ways and Means.
Prior to being elected, Rep. Klumb worked as an aide to Congressman Ike Skelton and to Governor Mel Carnahan.
He is a member of the Presbyterian Church in Butler.
Rep. Klumb was educated at William Jewell College and Seinan Gakuin University in Japan. Currently he is working on a law degree at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
