5/18 – Missouri House Wraps Up 2012 Legislative Session
Jefferson City – The Missouri House wrapped up the 2012 legislative session by passing a number of priority pieces of legislation on the final day. Bills passed by the House on Friday addressed issues ranging from sentencing for drug offenses to prohibiting the establishment of a health insurance exchange.
Upon adjournment, Majority Floor Leader Tim Jones, R-Eureka, and members of the House Majority Caucus met with the press to discuss the accomplishments of the 2012 legislative session.
