INTRODUCED
HB 1719 -- Children's Health Insurance Program
Sponsor: Naeger
This bill requires all offices of the Division of Family
Services and all other locations at which applications for the
Children's Health Insurance Program (also known as the MC+
program) are taken to post a warning sign that the program is
scheduled to expire on July 1, 2002. Such signs are required to
be at least 2 feet tall and 3 feet wide. The Division of Family
Services is also required to include the expiration date on all
of its advertisements for the program.
