HB 1890 -- Religious and Charitable Organizations Co-Sponsors: Boucher, Gunn Currently, religious or charitable organizations may qualify as community-based organizations for the purpose of administering family development accounts. This bill allows religious or charitable organizations formed in compliance with the state statutes governing not-for-profit organizations to also qualify to administer these accounts.
