Biography
Representative David Casteel, a Republican, represents part of Jefferson County (District 97) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2022.
In addition to his legislative duties, Casteel is the president of C and C Seamless Guttering, Inc., and managing partner of The Emrie Group Real Estate. He also co-founded GutterPros and serves as the president of the Roofing and Siding Contractors Alliance.
Born in St. Louis, Casteel currently resides in High Ridge with his son. They attend St. Paul Catholic Church in Fenton.
