Biography
Representative Rick Roeber, a Republican, represents part of Jackson County, including much of Lee’s Summit and Greenwood, (District 34) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2020.
Prior to his legislative duties, Roeber served as a project manager for Sprint for 20 years, as well as a chaplain for KC Rescue Mission.
Roeber is a 1974 graduate of Sam Houston High School in Arlington, Texas. He received his Bachelors from the University of Missouri – Kansas City, and earned his Master’s from Liberty Seminary.
Roeber and his family attend the Abundant Life Church in Lee’s Summit.
Born in Lincoln, Nebraska, Roeber currently resides in Lee’s Summit. He has two children, Nathan and Andrea.
