Rep. James (Randy) Pietzman, a Republican, represents north, central and west Lincoln County (District 41) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2014.
In addition to his legislative duties, Rep. Pietzman is a small business owner who has operated Pietzman Concrete for the past 29 years.
Rep. Pietzman is a 1961 graduate from Troy Buchanan High School in Troy, MO. He attended Central Missouri State University.
Rep. Pietzman attends Faith Christian Family Church in Warrenton, MO. Rep. Pietzman serves as Vice President of the Board of Liberty Christian Academy in Wright City, Mo. He also is a member of the advisory board for El Shadai Ranch.
Born June 1, 1961 in Troy, Rep. Pietzman currently resides there with his wife, Faith. They have three biological children - Danielle, Erin and Jacob - and one adopted son, Vince. They also have two grandsons, Dillon and Gavin.
Prohibits the Department of Natural Resources from acquiring additional land to establish a state park until all existing parks and facilities are brought up to date and are in good working order
Modifies provisions relating to a victim's right to make a statement
Expands the definition of "minority owned business"
Prohibits abortions except in the case of a medical emergency
Allows a Department of Natural Resources permittee to use the least expensive design option to meet any environmental standard if the plan meets all other permit requirements
Requires the Department of Natural Resources to submit a report to the General Assembly regarding maintenance, repair, and construction of state parks
Requires certain sexual offenders to be electronically monitored while relocating to a different county or city not within a county
