Biography
Victor "Vic" Allred, a Republican, represents Platte County (District 13) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2018.
In addition to his legislative duties, Allred is the owner of "Jazz - A Louisiana Kitchen," with restaurants in Lubbock, Texas, Omaha, Nebraska, Kansas City and Columbia, Missouri.
He is a member of Visit KC, the Kansas City and Missouri Restaurant Associations, the National Restaurant Association and serves on the board of directors for the National Restaurant Association and the NRA Educational Foundation.
Allred graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in restaurant, hotel and institutional management. He has been recognized by Texas Tech with a Distinguished Service Award and has been inducted into the Missouri Restaurant Association Hall of Fame.
Born in Denver, Colorado, Allred currently resides in Parkville with his wife, Theresa. They have four children: Brittney, Trey, Mark and Maria.
