Biography
Rep. Jason Chipman represents parts of Crawford and Phelps Counties in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2014.
Prior to his legislative duties, Rep. Chipman served as a Machinist Mate in the U.S. Navy aboard the aircraft carrier USS John F. Kennedy CV-67. Upon being honorably discharged, he worked for a short time in construction then began working at Brewer Science in Rolla, where he remained until being elected.
Rep. Chipman is a 1995 graduate from Steelville High School. He received an associate’s degree from East Central College in 2007, a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Drury University in 2010, and is currently attending Central Methodist University.
Born in St. Charles, Rep. Chipman currently resides in Steelville with his wife and five children.
