Biography
Representative Sherri Gallick serves the people of District 62, which includes portions of Cass and Bates counties. First elected in 2022, she began serving her initial two-year term in 2023. She currently serves as Chair of the Economic Development Committee and Vice Chair of the Higher Education and Workforce Development Committee.
A proud graduate of the University of Missouri, Gallick holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and an MBA. She remains actively involved with her alma mater, having served on executive boards for 15+ years and as President of the Mizzou Alumni Association in 2015. She currently serves on the MAA Past Presidents board. Gallick is also a dedicated community leader, serving on the CASCO Board, which supports individuals with developmental disabilities. She volunteers with Uplift Kitchen and has served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children in need.
Before joining the legislature, Gallick was an executive in the food industry, holding leadership positions with Jimmy Dean Foods and Maple Leaf Farms. Her business background continues to guide her work in the House. In recognition of her contributions, she was named Freshman of the Year in 2023 by the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and received a Courage Award from the Missouri Cattlemen’s Association. In 2025, she was honored with the Capitol Impact Award from the Missouri Grocers Association and the Defender of Business Award from the Missouri Chamber for her leadership in economic development and pro-business legislation.
Gallick and her husband, Randy, reside in Cass County. They have two married sons, one is with the Indiana Army National Guard, and the other is practicing law in Florida, Texas, and Washington, DC.
