Biography
Representative Matt Sain, a Democrat, represents parts of Platte and Clay Counties (District 14) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2018.

In addition to his legislative duties, Sain is employed as a law clerk in Kansas City.

Sain attends church at Redeemer Fellowship in Kansas City, and he is a member of the KCMBA and AWLS.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Legal Studies from Lindenwood University. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law.

Born in Dayton, Ohio, Sain grew up in St. Louis and now lives in Kansas City with his wife, Courtney. They have two sons named Mayer and Cooper.
