Biography
Representative Wes Rogers, a Democrat, represents Clay County (District 18) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2018.
In addition to his legislative duties, Rogers is a lawyer and small business owner. He previously served as Clay County’s Deputy Chief Prosecuting Attorney.
Rogers is a member of the Northland Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, the Clay County Bar Association, the Platte County Bar Association, and the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia, a law degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia, and an M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.
Rogers currently lives in Kansas City with his wife, Laura Neff-Rogers. They have three children.
