Biography
Rep. Nick Schroer, a Republican, represents part of St. Charles County (District 107) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2016.
In addition to his legislative duties, Rep. Schroer is an attorney and currently serves as General Counsel at Arrowhead Building Supply, Inc., located, in St. Peters, MO. Prior to working with Arrowhead, Schroer was an attorney at a firm in St. Charles County, specializing in family law and criminal defense. In 2014, Schroer was named as a Top 40 Under 40 Family Law Attorney in Missouri.
Rep. Schroer grew up in Ferguson, MO, and spent much of his free time at his family farm in Fayette, MO. Schroer graduated from Trinity Catholic High School in 2004. While Schroer attended Central Methodist University in Fayette, MO on a football scholarship, he went on to receive an acting scholarship at the same institution. In his senior year, Schroer transferred to the University of Missouri- St. Louis, where he went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in Criminology/Criminal Justice.
Schroer received his Juris Doctor degree from the Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2013. While there, he earned the Frank Bietto Memorial Scholarship, the Al H. and James A. Chesser Scholarship, the Health Law Contribution award, and the CALI Award for Excellence in Health Law Legislation. Also while at SIU School of Law, Schroer was elected as the President of the Law School Republicans and the Federalist Society.
Rep. Schroer currently resides in O’Fallon, MO with his wife and family.
