Prohibits the Missouri Housing Development Commission from requiring a prevailing hourly wage to be paid to a contractor on a project for a housing tax credit
Modifies provisions relating to unlawful discrimination
Prohibits non-Missouri medical schools from entering into exclusive contracts with Missouri health care providers for the placement of medical students
Requires the Commissioner of Administration to procure a blanket bond or crime insurance policy to protect the state against loss from the acts or omissions of any state-compensated person within the judiciary.
